By accessing or using 10ai.link ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 10ai.link Inc.
10ai.link provides a unified API gateway that enables developers to access multiple artificial intelligence models and services from various third-party providers through a single interface. The Service includes the API, dashboard, playground, documentation, and associated tooling.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be shared between individuals or organizations without an Enterprise plan.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, safety systems, or access controls • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code • Resell or redistribute API access without prior written consent • Use the Service for training competing AI models without explicit authorization • Engage in activities that could harm 10ai.link's infrastructure or other users 10ai.link reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Service fees are as described on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly described in these Terms. Usage-based charges are calculated based on our metering system, which we maintain as the authoritative record. Free tier credits expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over.
10ai.link retains all rights to the Service, including all software, designs, documentation, and branding. You retain rights to your prompts and the outputs generated from your API calls. You grant 10ai.link a limited license to process your requests as necessary to provide the Service. We do not use your data to train AI models.
The Service routes requests to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, etc.). Your use of these models is also subject to those providers' terms of service and acceptable use policies. 10ai.link is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 10ai.link SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms with 30 days written notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For questions about these Terms, contact legal@10ai.link.
